Ekaterina Loginova is an international educator and leader whose work focuses on talent development in education. She brings a talent-development lens to how schools recognize learners’ strengths and potential, broaden access to meaningful challenge and enrichment, and create sustained pathways for learners to develop their abilities toward increasingly advanced levels.

Her career spans teaching, instructional coaching, educational leadership, and school accreditation. Across U.S. public education and international schools in Europe and Asia, including IB settings, Ekaterina has partnered with leadership teams and educators to enhance curriculum and assessment, advance inclusive and learner-centered approaches, and support school improvement. She designs and leads workshops and professional learning that strengthen collective capacity, advance collaboration, and move school priorities forward.

Through TD.education, Ekaterina brings research and perspectives relevant to talent development into conversation with classroom and whole-school practice. Her work is grounded in a strengths-based approach: recognizing and building on what is already working while remaining curious about what might become possible next for learners, educators, and schools.
